Hawaii snaps two-game losing streak behind Kuehu's 15 points

Shawna-Lei Kuehu scored 15 points and Kamilah Jackson added 14 as Hawaii snapped a two-game losing streak when rallying past UC Santa Barbara 63-60 Thursday night in a Big West basketball contest in Santa Barbara, Calif.

Destiny King added 10 points for the Rainbow Wahine (11-9, 5-3), who moved into third place in the conference standings.Hawaii was 19-of-20 from the free-throw line in the second half, finishing 22-for-24 for the game.

Melissa Zornig led the Gauchos (6-15, 1-7) with 16 points and Nicole Nesbit added 13.

Hawaii concludes its four-game road trip Saturday at conference-leading Cal Poly (13-8, 7-1).
