A 30-year-old man was arrested for assaulting another man and a police officer and damaging two cars Thursday night.
The suspect assaulted a 42-year-old man in a car at 7:20 p.m. and then damaged the front windshield in front of his Nanakuli house.
Police arrived and arrested the 30-year-old man at 7:50 p.m. During transport, the suspect damaged the HPD car and verbally threatened to harm the officer.
