Fire damaged the first floor of a two-story Kaneohe townhome Friday night, injuring a man and displacing three residents.

Fire Capt. Terry Seelig said the fire, reported at 6:47 p.m., started in a first-floor bedroom of the townhome,  45-405 Mokulele Drive. The fire was under control at 7:19 p.m.

A man in his 60s suffered burns but declined to be transported to the hospital, Seelig said. A woman in her 60s was home at the time. One other occupant was not at home.

Fire investigators were looking for the cause of the fire. A damage estimate was not available.
