In the mainland any downed tree across a roadway is fair game to those burning wood for heat, people carrying chainsaws in their vehicles just in case opportunity arises for free fire wood. Saves tax payers big time.

State needs to cut back trees along Pali and Likelike. Trees fell down when had heavy rains, shutting down lanes. Now, this broken tree from strong winds blocking lanes again. Lucky the driver of the car that hit the tree after it fell wasn't hurt. the State waiting for something tragic before they do anything. This is not the first time trees fell, and it won't be the last.
