Man arrested for injuring woman during burglary
Police on Thursday arrested a 65-year-old man accused of injuring a woman during a burglary in Kaimuki.
The man went into the 41-year-old woman’s home without permission about 8:45 p.m. March 14 and grabbed her while holding a sharp object, police said.
The woman sustained cuts to her chest, arms, and neck. The man fled the scene, but was later identified.
Police arrested the man about 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
