Landslide blocks lane on Hawaii Belt Road
A landslide is blocking one lane on Hawaii Belt Road at Kawalii Gulch on the Big Island.
It happened around 8:12 a.m. on Highway 19 near the 28 mile marker.
Motorists can expect delays for the next two or three hours, said the Hawaii Police Department.
