Puuloa road and offramp reopened after spill

The Puuloa offramp in the westbound and northbound direction of the Moanalua freeway to Tripler Medical Center reopened after crews cleaned up a spill.

Police closed the road around 9:40 a.m. Sunday. 

The offramp was reopened around 1:40 p.m.

What kind of spill? What kind of reporting is this? I saw the area but didn't really see anything excepts trucks blocking the entrance to the freeway.
