Teen arrested for second-degree theft in Salt Lake

A 16-year-old boy stole items from a 14-year-old boy Saturday afternoon in the Salt Lake area, according to police records. 

Police said one teen took property from the other around 3:25 p.m. without his permission. He was arrested about an hour later on suspicion of second-degree theft.
