I suggested before that they should discourage older people from diving and snorkeling. At least they should tell them to do it with a companion. This makes the third senior who had a problem recently while snorkeling. The other 2 died.

There has been many snorkeling accidents at Hanauma Bay in the past year. Perhaps an omen that the area is special and that tourists are violating or trespassing on a sacred land or bay. Back in 1944 after being sworn as a raw recruit in the Army drove out there at night with another teen couple and while spooning felt an eerie feeling that there were some spirits around. Couldn't quite put a finger on it, just felt awkward. Left there with a sigh of relief.
