Any arrested individual can attempt to runaway after being handcuffed by a HPD officer, however, they will be charged with escape and resisting arrest. Therefore, most arrested individuals do not try to runaway, only the not so smart ones try. Rarely this happens. You mean you lot (lost) count at 1 or 2? Get serious.
