Large convoys of Army vehicles are moving from Pearl Harbor to Sand Island Tuesday as the 25th Infantry Division prepares for training in California.

The conveys of about 50 military vehicles of varying sizes continues until 5 p.m.

The vehicles depart in groups of 10, at staggered intervals.

The 25th Infantry Division's 2nd Stryker Brigade is moving the vehicles and equipment for shipment to the National Training Center at Ft. Irwin, Calif.

Stryker proved to be a waste of money in combat operations and Gen Shinseki is getting the blame. It is relevant because before Sen Inouye died Gen Shinseki was being set up as the one to take Sen Inouye's seat in the US Senate from Hawaii. Now he runs the VA and is doing a great job.
