Vice officers, during a drug investigation, recovered 248.5 grams of a crystalline substance and a small amount of a dried leafy green substance in the car of the man and a 29-year-old woman in Kailua-Kona.

Police also recovered $2,200 in cash, an additional 3.1 grams of a crystalline substance and drug paraphernalia from the man, Derwin Breithaupt.
