Body found floating off Magic Island

Police officers, firefighters and paramedics responded to Ala Moana Park Tuesday morning to retrieve the body of a 66-year-old man in the waters off Magic Island.

Emergency Medical Services said the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident was reported at 5:57 a.m.

Authorities said the man was floating face down.
