Hawaii Baptist wins fourth straight boys volleyball title

Hawaii Baptist Academy responded after dropping the first set to defeat Seabury Hall 21-25, 26-24, 25-12, 25-20 for its fourth straight New City Nissan/HHSAA Division II Boys Volleyball State Championship on Saturday at the Blaisdell Arena.

HBA trailed by seven points in the second set before launching its rousing comeback.

The Eagles have now won six of the nine Division II boys volleyball state titles.

Punahou and Kamehameha-Hawaii will tip off for the Division I championship at the Blaisdell at about 7:30 p.m.
