Man seriously injured in Waialua farm accident
A 64-year-old man was seriously injured in a farm accident Thursday afternoon in Waialua, Emergency Medical Services reported.
The incident occurred about 4:15 p.m. Thursday on farm land near Plantation and Cane Haul roads in Waialua, EMS said.
The man was pinned between a pickup truck and another piece of equipment when the brakes failed on the truck, an EMS supervisor said.
The man was taken in serious condition to a hospital.
