Police arrested a 28-year-old Kailua man Thursday for allegedly threatening a 22-year-old man in Kailua on Wednesday.

Police said the older man allegedly threatened the younger man with a dangerous instrument about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Police found and arrested the suspect Thursday afternoon at his home on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening.
