Threatening is a Constitutional Right for everyone. It even involves freedom of speech and a right to rattle one's saber. To rattle a saber does not mean that it will be used. it is a right to express one's view dramatically if one chooses to do so. This type off Law takes away one's Constitution right of Freedom of Speech and Expression. This Law is an injustice, a waste of time and money and punishing someone that physically hurt no one. Pity

The 18 year old was speeding up and down the street and the 31 year old yelled him to slow down. He had a screwdriver in his hand because he was fixing his car. That was the dangerous instrument. The 18 year old needs a tune up.
