Please, I do hope the criminal justice system don't just give her probation. If anything, anyone striking or assaulting a police officer should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I do believe this is the 3rd incident I've read where a police officer has been assaulted within the past couple weeks. No probation, no community hours, no plea bargain but definitely jail time or prison time and parole. Disgusting to read these suspects getting off just on probation with community service.
