LAST UPDATED: 11:33 a.m. HST, Jun 25, 2014

Police arrested a 38-year-old homeless man who allegedly assaulted a Mililani woman he had been ordered to stay away from.

Police said officers arrested the suspect after a fight with the 38-year-old woman on March 29. He posted bail and was issued a warning to stay away from the woman.

However, police said the suspect returned to the victim's home and allegedly assaulted her again.

Officers arrested him on Tuesday on suspicion of second-degree assault, abuse, violation of a 24-hour warning and two contempt warrants.

Does he have to kill someone before something is really done? Sad that now the woman cannot purchase a firearm to protect herself because she has possession of a restraining order. She is helpless. Insanity continues........

Um, she knew the guy and not only that, she probably was his ex-girlfriend, that's why the abuse charge is there. Still a crime of violence, but let's not make it as if a homeless person, off the street, is targeting a random unknown person and assaulting her. They have a history... a history of a failed relationship among other things....
