Prosecutors charged a Maui man with multiple drug and firearms offenses after raiding a Kihei home last week and seizing nearly 2 pounds of crystal methamphetamine, liquid methamphetamine, marijuana and a marijuana concentrate known as butane honey oil.

Bail for Thomas Schillaci, 47, of Kihei, was set at $144,000 after charges were filed for methamphetamine trafficking, firearms possession, promoting a dangerous drug, commercial promotion of marijuana and other drug and gun violations.

Police said they executed a search warrant on July 17 at a home suspected of trafficking crystal methamphetamine and recovered 881.49 grams of the substance, 34.94 grams of liquid methamphetamine, 42 marijuana plants, 70.41 grams of processed marijuana, butane honey oil, a double-sided dagger, a loaded Ruger .357 revolver and $5,491 in cash.

Police also found drug paraphernalia including butane canisters, a glass flask containing marijuana with a metal screen on one end and a hole on the other end, empty glass flasks, grinders and honey oil residue.
