LAS VEGAS >> A Las Vegas airport spokesman says a Holiday Inn Express driver involved in a crash made a wrong turn into a non-shuttle area.

Officials say the shuttle driver collided with a height bar just before 4 p.m. Thursday while driving into a passenger pickup area at McCarran International Airport.

Airport spokesman Glenn Gardner says three people were transported to the hospital with non-critical injuries. One of them was a shuttle company employee.

The first floor of the passenger pickup area was shut down for over an hour.
