The 23-year-old Makiki man, accused of harassing Manoa residents earlier this year, has been arrested again.

This time, Yama Fazzari faces a charge of prostitution after he was picked up just before midnight Wednesday at Ala Moana Hotel. Fazzari posted bail of $750 and was released Thursday. Honolulu police did not release other details on the circumstances surrounding the latest arrest.

Fazzari was arrested Feb. 22 for allegedly picking a fight and kicking people at Manoa Valley District Park.

In June, Fazzari plead no contest to the harassment charge. A judge sentenced him to seven days in jail and fined him $30.

Fazarri also was arrested Feb. 26  for allegedly threatening a man and his wife at Ala Moana Center.

Police said Fazzari confronted a couple as they left Macy’s on the shopping center’s third floor. The suspect walked up to the 33-year-old man, bringing his face close to the other man’s face, and allegedly threatened the man, his wife and their dog. Trial on the first-degree terroristic threatening charge is set for Sept. 8.

The Ala Moana incident occurred a day after Fazzari was released by a judge after his arrest Feb. 22 for allegedly picking a fight and kicking people at Manoa Valley District Park. Fazzari also was ordered to stay away from Manoa Valley District Park under the terms of the supervised release.

Fazarri also is scheduled to go to trial Sept. 17 for allegedly assaulting a man on July 1 near the McDonald’s restaurant in Kahala. He was charged with third-degree assault.

Fazzari is believed to be the person whom Manoa Valley Neighborhood Security Watch members said had been harassing residents near Manoa Marketplace and other areas in the valley since early February, according to police.
