Maui firefighters rescued a 30-year-old woman who was injured when she apparently fell 15 feet into a pool in the Bamboo Forest area off Hana Highway.
Fire rescue personnel located the woman at the second pool and airlifted her to a secured landing zone. She was then transported in undisclosed condition to a local hospital.
The woman, a visitor, suffered a left arm injury and a possible head injury from the fall.
