Gunman robs Kaimuki Longs Drugs

    Honolulu Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect of a Longs Drugs robbery on Waialea Avenue. The suspect is described as male, Asian, between 5'7" to 5'8" in height, 130 to 140 lbs., wearing a white hooded jacket, brown baseball cap, black pants, black handgun and a black cloth covering the lower half of his face.

Police are looking for a gunman wearing a mask who robbed a Kaimuki drug store Thursday morning.

Police said the man wore a black cloth covering the lower half of his face entered the Longs Drugs at 3221 Waialae Ave. He then approached two employees and pointed a black handgun at them, demanding money.

The man fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

The man is described as 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 130 to 140 pounds, wearing a white hooded jacket, brown baseball cap, black pants.

Anyone with information is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or *CRIME on a cell phone.
