Body of missing Aiea man found on Ford Island

    Kevin Kubo was last seen leaving his house around 6 a.m. Monday.

The body of a 52-year-old Aiea man who was reported missing Monday was found Tuesday afternoon, Honolulu police said.

Police said the body of Kevin Kubo was found at Navy Lodge on Ford Island. The Medical Examiner’s Office identified the body as Kubo Wednesday morning.

A determination of the cause of death is pending, the Medical Examiner’s Office said.

Police had issued a missing person bulletin for Kubo who was last seen leaving his house in Aiea at about 6 a.m. Monday, but never showed up at work.
