Two men were charged for an alleged armed robbery of a Kakaako business.

Dan Kim and Ronsyne Kawahai, both of Ala Moana, were charged for first-degree robbery and firearm-related offenses. Each are being held in lieu of $50,000 aggregate bail. They are scheduled to be arraigned in court Monday morning.

At about 3 a.m. Friday, police said Kim, 21 and Kawahai, 22, entered the business, allegedly brandished handguns and demanded money from two employees.

The two men then fled. Police soon located them on Kapiolani Boulevard and arrested Kim and Kawahai for the alleged offenses.
