Maui man indicted in alleged rape of juvenile
A grand jury on Maui has indicted a 24-year-old man for the alleged sex assault of a juvenile female last year.
Police arrested Timothy L. Heauser-Caires Friday, on four counts of first-degree of first-degree sexual assault and one count of third-degree sexual assault. His bail was set at $500,000.
Maui police said the incident occurred in July 2013.
