City: Comedy shows to add to Blaisdell traffic

    Dayna Place from All Stars Dips assisted customers at the 27th Islandwide Christmas Crafts and Food Expo being held at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center through the weekend. Hundreds of other vendors also have their wares, crafts and food available at the event which runs through Sunday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm on Sunday. Tickets are $4, $3 for active military and seniors and children under 12 are free.

Honolulu officials are warning the public that there will be increased traffic near Blaisdell Center.

Comedians Gabriel Iglesias and Daniel Tosh will be performing shows Friday and Saturday. Iglesias has two shows at the arena. Tosh will perform three shows at the concert hall.

There’s also a Hawaii Symphony Orchestra performance at the concert hall on Sunday. The Islandwide Christmas Crafts & Food Expo will be held at the exhibition hall Friday through Sunday.

Overflow parking will be available at McKinley High School. Parking will be limited and lot closures may be frequent.
