Police seek man who robbed Hawaii Kai Bankoh

Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man in his 20s who robbed a Hawaii Kai bank Wednesday afternoon.

Police said the man entered the Koko Marina branch of Bank of Hawaii at 1:10 p.m. Wednesday and handed the teller a demand note.

He fled on foot in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a man in his 20s, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 160 to 180 pounds, with short, brown hair, blue eyes, wearing a black short-sleeved T-shirt, dark shorts, with a black and gray backpack.

Anyone with information on this crime or the suspect is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or *CRIME on a cell phone.
