Two people were injured in separate motorcycle accidents on Christmas Eve.
Paramedics took a 45-year-old man to the hospital in serious condition after his motorcycle collided with an automobile at 6:44 p.m. at Salt Lake Boulevard and Kamehameha Highway, according to an Emergency Medical Services Division report. The man was wearing a helmet.
At 8:47 p.m., a 24-year-old man lost control of his motorcycle and crashed on Kapolei Parkway and Kualakai Parkway, EMS said. He was also wearing a helmet and was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
