Firefighters recovered the body of a man from the Kapalama Canal Wednesday morning.
The medical examiner will perform an autopsy to determine cause of death. Police have classified the case of an unattended death, pending the results of the autopsy.
Firefighters recovered the victim, believed to be in his late 20s, just before 8:30 a.m., under the bridge at Halona and Kohou streets.
