Honolulu police are investigating an apparent stabbing at Tracks Beach in Nanakuli Wednesday morning.
Paramedics treated a 44-year-old woman for stab wounds to her upper body at about 8:15 a.m. and took her to a trauma center in serious condition, according to an Emergency Medical Services report.
