Male pedestrian hit by car in Ewa Beach

A 51-year-old man was in stable condition Tuesday after being struck by car while walking in Ewa Beach.

The incident took place near Farrington Highway and Old Fort Weaver Road at 6:27 p.m. Tuesday, according to Honolulu Emergency Medical Services.

The paramedics treated the pedestrian and transported the patient to a hospital, EMS said.
