Prosecutor declines charges against 2 in parking space spat

The city prosecutor’s office declined to file charges against two people arrested Tuesday after arguing over a parking space at a Salt Lake apartment complex.

Police arrested a 31-year-old Salt Lake man on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening while a 24-year-old Waipahu woman was arrested on suspicion of second-degree terroristic threatening.

Police said the argument and alleged threats occurred at an Ala Ilima Street apartment parking lot Tuesday.
