A flood advisory has been issued for windward Oahu Saturday afternoon after radar images showed moderate to heavy showers developing over the southeast slopes of the island, the National Weather Service said.
The advisory is in effect until 3:15 p.m. and covers the Koolaus, Waimanalo, Kailua, Kaneohe, Maunawili, and Ahuimanu.
