Police are asking for the public’s help to find two Women’s Community Correctional Center inmates who failed to return from their furlough passes.
Inmate Cheryl Nihoa did not return to the facility from her furlough day pass on April 7. She was scheduled to return at 6:15 p.m., the Department of Public Safety said.
Nihoa, 32, was serving time for assault and drug-related charged. Second-degree escape is expected to added to her charges. Her next parole hearing was scheduled for September of this year.
She is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and 142 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
On March 19, 37-year-old inmate Jorelyn Pacariem failed to return to the facility. She was scheduled to return by 2:30 p.m.
Pacariem was serving time for drug-related charges, forgery, and theft. Second-degree escape is also expected to be added as a new charge. Her next parole hearing was scheduled for July.
She is described as 5 feet 2 inches, 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Pacariem and Nihoa are both classified as community custody, which is the lowest custody level, officials said.
