Women’s prison inmate missing after furlough

Police are looking for a 33-year-old Women’s Community Correctional Center inmate, who failed to return from her furlough Sunday night.

Suncirae Silva, who is serving time for theft, was supposed to be back at the Windward Oahu facility  at 9 p.m. 

An escape charges is expected to be added when she is captured.

Her next parole hearing was scheduled for May.

Silva is 5 feet 3 inches, weighs 296 lbs. and has brown hair and brown eyes. 

Still at large is Oahu Community Correctional Center inmate Michael Draper, 47,  who failed to return from a work furlough Sunday morning.

Draper is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 153 lbs. He has brown hair and green eyes.  

He is serving time for theft.
