Honolulu police released security camera video of two thefts — one large and one small — in hopes of identifying the suspects.
Police said on April 19 at about 4 a.m., suspects drove off with a 2004 Takeuchi excavator from the Radford High School campus.
The construction equipment was parked on a 16-foot flatbed trailer belonging to Amii Construction.
Security camera video shows a man opening the high school parking lot gate and a truck driving away with the excavator on the flatbed.
Police also released video of another incident involving the theft of an unattended phone from the Foodland store in Ewa Beach on March 9.
Police said the suspect took the phone from a service counter at about 2:45 p.m. and walked away.
Anyone with information on the suspects is asked to call police or CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or *CRIME on a cellular phone.
