Hawaii's Nikki Taylor (14), Olivia Magill (9) and Kalei Greeley (11) put up a triple block in the game between the American University Eagles and the University of Hawaii Rainbow Wahine at the Stan Sheriff Center.

Junior hitter Nikki Taylor put down 15 kills and sophomore hitter Kalei Greeley added 10 as the 17th-ranked Rainbow Wahine swept American 25-22, 25-18, 25-20 in Saturday’s second match of the 28th Hawaiian Airlines Classic at the Stan Sheriff Center.

The Rainbow Wahine (5-0), matching their best start since 2012, face No. 25 UCLA in the tournament final at 5 p.m. The Bruins (3-1) swept Iowa, 25-20, 25-16, 25-13, in Saturday’s first match.

The victories set up a true championship match between the two longtime rivals. Hawaii has won 11 and UCLA nine.

American (3-3) and Iowa (2-3) meet for third place at 2;30 p.m.
