Police searching for suspect in Pearlridge bank robbery

  • Screenshots of surveillance video showed a suspect in the robbery of the Pearlridge branch of Territorial Savings Bank.

Honolulu police are looking for a man who robbed Territorial Savings Bank’s Pearlridge branch Monday afternoon. 

At about 1:10 p.m., the man entered the bank, 94-084 Kamehameha Highway, approached a teller, and demanded money. He fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction, according to a CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department news release. 

The suspect is described as in his 20s, 5-feet 2-inches tall and weighing 120 pounds to 130 pounds. He has black curly hair. He was wearing a dark colored shirt, light blue denim long pants, light colored cap, aviator sunglasses, and a black fanny pack. 

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or *CRIME on your cellular phone.
