A Hawaii island woman caught driving a stolen pickup truck was arrested and charged Tuesday.

The woman, 23-year-old Ashley Grammer of Pahoa, was charged in connection with the stolen vehicle as well as with possession of suspected crystal methamphetamine that was inside the pickup. Her bail was set at $2,500.

The Toyota Tacoma was stolen from a parking on Old Volcano Road on Aug. 25. Grammer was driving it when she was stopped on two bench warrants for contempt of court.
