Solar panel installer dies after falling from McCully building
A 26-year-old man fell to his death today while installing solar panels on a McCully building, police said.
The Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office identified the man as James Failing.
An autopsy will be performed Thursday to determine the exact cause of death.
Police said Failing was installing solar panels when he fell at 2:14 p.m. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
There were no obvious signs of foul play, police said.
