Two suspects, one of them armed with a “dangerous instrument,” robbed a group of people in Waikiki early Monday morning.

Police said the suspects confronted a 65-year-old man and women, ages 58 and 27, and two 28-year-olds at 5:40 a.m.

The suspects took items from the five individuals and fled the scene, police said.

Police have opened an investigation into the case involving three first-degree robbery and two first-degree terroristic threatening offenses.
