Police arrest man after he allegedly gets unruly during DUI stop
A 22-year-old Honolulu man is in custody after he allegedly assaulted a police officer during a drunken driving investigation early Tuesday morning in Waikiki.
Police said the incident occurred at 3:30 a.m. at Ala Wai Boulevard and Niu Street.
The suspect was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, refusal to submit to blood or urine tests and harassment.
