OCCC inmate fails to return from work furlough
A 31-year-old Oahu Correctional Center inmate failed to return from a work furlough pass Sunday.
Lewellyn Foster, who is serving time for second-degree theft and burglary, left the prison Sunday morning and failed to return by 4 p.m.
His next parole hearing was scheduled for December.
He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 175 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
