Police are seeking two men who allegedly robbed a girl in a Waimanalo park Thursday night.

Police said the girl was sitting in parked car when one of the suspects, believed to be in his early 20s, approached her armed with a knife just before 8 p.m. The suspect demanded money and allegedly cut the 17-year-old girl when she resisted. A second suspect, also believed to be in his early 20s, then punched another person in the car, but wasn’t able to take anything from the second victim.

Both men fled before being apprehended.

The girl was treated at a hospital for her wound and released.

Which park? There are a lot of issues at Waimanalo Beach Park due to the permanent campers and groups who hangout there. Kaiona is pretty mellow.

That park is extremely dangerous. I would not even go there in the day.
