A 60-year-old man whom paramedics took to the hospital in critical condition following a single-vehicle crash Monday morning on Kunia Road has died, police said.

Police said it is possible that the man, who drove a red Ford Ranger, suffered a medical condition before the 9:13 a.m. crash, although medical examiners have yet to make a determination.

The Ranger was heading north when it crossed the center line and crashed into a fence and overturned, police said.

The man was taken by emergency services personnel to the Pali Momi Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Kunia Road from Anonui Street to Hawaii Country Club was closed for several hours during the traffic investigation but has since reopened.

The death was the 23rd recorded on Oahu roads so far this year compared to 21 at this time in 2012.

I'm sure it completely escaped your steel trap mind that someone died but that's such a small detail and you haven't developed to a point of being able to appreciate that fact. So keep trying anyway!! We know you can be so much better!!!

all-lie, how fast was he going? If he was driving @ the speed limit, should he drive slower and become a road hazard to other drivers? Besides, it's possible he suffered a medical condition, which caused the accident. Think critically before responding to any posts. Your flippant remarks make you sound foolish.
