Police are looking for a man believed to have started a car fire early this morning at an Ewa Beach townhouse complex.

Police believe the fire was started by an incendiary device in a car parked at the Ewa Colony Estates at Kilaha Street.

Fire investigators estimated damage to the white SUV at $5,000. Firefighters were summoned to the fire at 12:37 a.m. in the townhouse’s parking lot. No one was injured.

The car fire was reported by a 29-year-old woman, police said. Police have initiated an arson investigation.
