Threats are a form of Freedom of Speech. A method of expressing one's thoughts. Threats are with words and sometimes with and object. A right to say and a Right to pick up and hold. A Right to hold something and talk is a Right. It is so ridiculous that if one says that he will use a Nuclear bomb to blow up someone, no one will bother, say one will use "a dangerous object", go straight to Jail. Law school BRAINWASH all that go through their portals. Pity.
