Maili man arrested after alleged assault on paramedic who revived him

A 33-year-old Maili man was arrested Monday night after he allegedly attacked a paramedic at a copy center in Moiliili.

Police and city paramedics responded to a report of an unconscious man in the South King Street copy center at 6:50 p.m. When the suspect was revived he allegedly became combative and struck the American Medical Response paramedic in the face causing minor injuries.

He was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault.
